A Night by the Lake

A thirty-three-second film for a cabin stay by a lake: arriving at dusk, the fire, a night’s sleep, breakfast by the window, and the lake in the morning.

It follows one night from evening to morning, so the stay itself is the story. The voice-over and captions are in Chinese in one version and in English in the other; this page plays the English one. The cabin is not a real place: the pictures were generated with AI.
