Northkey Property Film
A one-minute property film under Northkey, a home advisory brand of our own. It walks through a newly built house in Toronto from the front door to the garden: the living room, the kitchen, the main bedroom and bathroom, the lower level.
The film is built from still photographs of the house, each given a slow camera move, with a voice-over, captions and a label for every room. It was made in Chinese and in English; this page plays the English one. As its end card says, it is an AI-assisted concept film, not an advertisement for a current listing.
